Climb for Cancer goes on Saturday

Doug Bell of the Northern Lights Estate Winery is ready for the Climb for Cancer, which goes on Saturday, April 27.

Over 400 people are expected to come and climb the cutbanks and raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society’s Kordyban Lodge. 
 
The Climb will take place at Northern Lights Estate Winery orchard on April 27 from noon to 4 p.m. This event will incorporate entertainment, fitness, food and fun for all ages. Participants can sign up in the orchard for $5. There will be food and frosty’s available for purchase. 
 
Over the past three years, Climb for Cancer has raised more than $107,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society’s Kordyban Lodge in Prince George. 
 
Carrier Lumber is once again the title sponsor.

4th Annual Climb for Cancer

When: Saturday, April 27, 2019, noon to 4 p.m.

Where: Northern Lights Estate Winery

What: Participants are challenged to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society’s Kordyban Lodge and then attempt to climb the iconic cutbanks of Prince George.
