Logan Neaton will take the shut out, but he really didn’t have that tough a night in the Spruce Kings net Friday.
He stopped all 10 shots the Surrey Eagles launched his way as the Spruce Kings skated to a 5-0 win in front of 1,024 fans at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena. At the other end of the rink, Cayden Bailey has a decidedly busier night as the Spruce Kings peppered him with 49 shots.
Scoring for the Spruce Kings were Nicholas Poisson, Tyler Schleppe, Dustin Manz, Corey Cunningham, and Nick Bochen.
The two teams will be back at it again tonight at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena. Game time is 7 p.m.
