The Prince George Spruce Kings dominated the Surrey Eagles Friday night, skating to a 3-0 victory in the South Surrey Arena.
The Spruce Kings peppered Cayden Bailey with 44 shots in the Eagles’ net while Logan Neaton stopped all 15 of the shots Surrey managed on the Spruce Kings net.
Chong Min Lee opened the scoring for the Spruce Kings halfway through the second on a set up from Liam Watson-Brawn and Ben Poisson.
Ben Bran gave the Spruce Kings a two-goal lead early in the third on a set up from Dustin Manz.
Jason Chu got his second goal of the season to ice the game for the Spruce Kings. Manz got his second assist of the night and 22nd on the year. Patrick Cozzi also had a helper on the goal.
