The Prince George Cougars Hockey Club has traded forward Kjell Kjemhus (’01) to the Moose Jaw Warriors in exchange for a seventh-round selection in the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft, the team announced Monday.
In five games this season Kjemhus had two assists and 14 penalty minutes. In 28 career games with the Cougars, the Grand Prairie, Alberta, product had two goals and six points. Kjemhus was acquired by the Cougars from the Regina Pats in January of last season.
After today’s trade the Cougars’ roster now sit at 23 players: 13 forwards, eight defencemen, and two goalies.
