Christmas Wish Breakfast set for December 11

The city’s first Christmas Wish Breakfast will be held December 11 from 6-10 a.m. in the Atrium at the Kin Centre and breakfast will be hosted in the Kin 1 lounge.

Christmas Wish Breakfast has been created to raise gifts for children in the community not as fortunate as others. The gifts will be spread across many local charity groups to be distributed. The Christmas Wish Breakfast committee partners are the first responders from all emergency services in Prince George. They will be facilitating the donations and crowds. Santa will be there to hear all the children’s Holiday wishes.

Entertainment will be running throughout the morning including, choirs, bands and dancing.

Valerie Marsh, who chairs the committee, is hopeful for an amazing turnout to support the children throughout Prince George.

“Sponsorships are an integral part of this event, without them we will not be able to create a beautiful festive environment and wonderful breakfast,” said Valerie Marsh. “We are shooting for this to be an annual event in Prince George for many years to come.”

Several sponsors have already stepped up to help: Northland Chrysler Dodge, PGIMAC, Jim Pattison Broadcast Group, Mainline Plumbing and Heating.
