City council candidate Kyle Sampson was the first candidate to officially announce his intention to run and, on Tuesday, he was the first to get his signs up. Sampson with his sign cres Trent Blair, Phil Beaulieu, Talon Beaulieu, David Horton, and Quin McGowan were out in the wee hours putting up signs and Sampson was at City Hall at 9 a.m. sharp to file his nomination papers.
