Williams Lake RCMP made several arrests following a search of a residence in the city.
During the course of the investigation, which began over the July long weekend, a search warrant was executed on a residence on Soda Creek Rd. During which, police seized a variety of drugs suspected to be fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, testosterone, Anadrol, numerous miscellaneous pills, drug paraphernalia and other evidence to support drug trafficking.
Additional seizures of firearms, prohibited weapons and a large sum of cash were made.
In total, six individuals have been arrested in connection with this investigation. They could face possible charges in connection with drug possession and trafficking, as well as firearms related offences. The matter is set for Wednesday December 19 in Williams Lake Provincial Court.
