$10,000 bike stolen from parked vehicle

Police are on the lookout for an expensive bicycle that was stolen Wednesday.

The owner left the bike, valued at $10,000, inside a parked vehicle near Fifth Avenue and Ontario Street overnight.  The unknown suspect or suspects broke the back window to the SUV and stole the bike and a bag of clothes.

The bicycle is described as:

  • Rocky Mountain Instinct 999 carbon fiber mountain bike
  • Black with red stripes
  • 10 speeds
  • With a reverb dropper seat, Candy 2 peddles and 29 inch wheels
  • Valued at $10,700.
