Jamie Mould and Gary Shalansky got off to a good start at the 2018 Canadian Stick Curling championships in Alberta this week, but have struggled since.

The rink opened the event with a 3-2 win over the Lee/Nimmo rink from Edmonton. Things went downhill from there as the locals lost 3-2 to the Rouse/MacMillan rink from Warren, Manitoba and then lost 5-2 to the Crowe/Spinney rink from Central Onslow, Nova Scotia.

They are back on the ice this morning taking on the Schwartz/Schwartz rink from Parksville, B.C.

There are 48 rinks entered in the championships which wind up tomorrow.
