Armed robbery at Real Canadian Superstore


An armed robbery at the Real Canadian Superstore has the police looking for a 35- to 40-year-old Caucasian man.

Just before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday March 21, a disguised man sprayed two employees with bear mace and stole a quantity of cash.  The suspect left the store and fled in a small dark-coloured four-door sedan before police were called.

All efforts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful so far.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • Approximately 35-40 years old
  • Short dark hair with some grey
  • Stubble for a beard
  • Wearing dark clothes and sun glasses

The investigation is continuing.  Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
