Snowfall warning issued for this morning

After the huge dump of snow a couple of weeks ago, 10 centimetres doesn’t seem like much.

But, it’s enough for Environment Canada to issue a snowfall warning for the Prince George and central Interior.

A trough of low pressure moving through the central interior of B.C. will produce widespread snow this morning. Total snowfall amounts up to 10cm are expected. The snow will ease this afternoon as the trough moves to the south.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
