The Prince George Chamber of Commerce will be providing Prince George residents with the opportunity to engage Finance Minister Carole James in a roundtable discussion surrounding the 2018 BC Provincial Budget.
“As the local Chamber of Commerce, it is imperative that we provide current and future members with the opportunity to engage politicians at all levels of government,” said Todd Corrigall, CEO, Prince George Chamber of Commerce. “This is a unique opportunity for the business community to ask the questions that are top of mind, gaining a clear understanding of the 2018 Budget by discussing them directly with Minister James.”
The roundtable will be held in the Coast Inn of the North on Saturday, February 24. Doors open at 11 a.m. and the roundtable gets underway at 11:30 a.m.
“Budget 2018 balances the needs and priorities of British Columbians with the fiscal prudence that marks B.C. as an economic leader in Canada,” said Finance Minister, Carole James. “It sets B.C. on a path to shared prosperity for everyone in our province with a made-in-B.C. child care plan, a comprehensive housing plan and record levels of capital investment in every corner of the province.”
With a roundtable format, seating is limited. Please RSVP to admin@pgchamber.bc.ca.
