Prince George court report October 13-17

 

In Prince George Provincial Court October 13:

Mark J.P. Smaaslet was sentenced to 21 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Bryn D. Antoski was sentenced to six days in jail and order to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Chad M.P. George was sentenced to one day in jail, put on probation for one year, ordered to pay $36 restitution and a $100 victim surcharge for theft.

Kenneth M. Wipfli was sentenced to 25 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for fraudulently obtaining transportation.

In Prince George Provincial Court October 16:

Garth E. Galligan was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Josephine E. Graham was sentenced to four days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation. Graham was also sentenced to four days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for obstructing a peace officer.

Barbara A. Kristoffersen was put on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge for theft.

Leo Milton was sentenced to nine days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Bradley D.J. Pickering was given a conditional discharge, put on probation for one year, ordered to pay $4,999 in restitution, and a $100 victim surcharge for fraud.

In Prince George Provincial Court October 17:

Joseph P. Mercier was given a conditional discharge, put on probation for one year, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

Cali R.H. Peal-Barton was sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge on each of two counts of breach of probation.

Keghan S. Cosh was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation. Cosh was also sentenced to 112 days in jail, put on probation for a year, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for theft.

Cody J. Davis was sentenced to 27 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Glenn A. Fugate was fined $100 and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
