In Prince George Provincial Court October 2:

Jacob J. Vandermine was fined $250 and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for failing to comply with an undertaking.

Shane A. McNelly was sentenced to 14 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

In Prince George Provincial Court October 3:

Charles A.N. Arnold was sentenced to 14 days in jail, is prohibited from driving for one year, and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for dangerous driving. He was also fined $500 for each of two Motor Vehicle Act infractions. Arnold was given a suspended sentence of one year probation and a $200 victim surcharge for mischief.

Grant J. Poole was given a suspended sentence of one-year probation and $100 victim surcharge for breaking and entering.

In Prince George Provincial Court October 4:

Bryn D. Antoski was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Gurinder S. Aulakh was given a suspended sentence of one-year probation and lifetime firearms prohibition for a Controlled Drug and Substances Act violation.

Nathanial L. Basil was sentenced to 14 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Edmond C. Beauchamp sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for theft.

Brendan S. Elliott was sentenced to 84 days in jail, put on probation for 18 months, banned from owning a firearm for life, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault causing bodily harm.

Troy J. Monk was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Aurelle A. Poole was sentenced to 45 days in jail, ordered to submit a DNA sample, and pay a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats. He was also put on probation for 18 months for breach of probation.

James R. Purcell was sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for mischief. He was sentenced to 19 days in jail, is prohibited from owning a firearm for seven years, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

Jolene V.R. Dundas was fined $300 and ordered to pay a $90 victim surcharge for theft.

Cody J.D. Baker was fined $350 and ordered to pay a $105 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
