Police are looking for information to identify the persons responsible for an armed robbery in Prince George Saturday afternoon.
On Saturday September 23, at 3:30 p.m., the Prince George RCMP received a report that a man had been robbed at gunpoint in the backyard of a residence in the 2200 block of Redwood Street.
Investigators believe two suspects followed the victim from a downtown business to the residence, where one of them produced a handgun and demanded property from him. The victim cooperated and was not harmed during the incident. The two suspects then fled eastbound from the residence. All attempts to locate them were negative.
The suspect who pointed the gun was described as a non-white man, 5’10” tall, with short hair, in his early 20s, with a slim build and round face, and wearing a red T-shirt, black jeans, and white runners.
The second suspect was described as Caucasian and wearing a Canucks hat, grey hooded sweatshirt, and baggy pants.
