Mayor talks about leadership in times of crisis by admin|Published September 26, 2017 At the Union of BC Municipalities convention today in Vancouver, Mayor Lyn Hall was joined by Mayor Colin Basran of Kelowna and Al Richmond, Chair of the Cariboo Regional District, for a panel discussion on “leading in times of crisis.” The session had roughly 400 people in attendance and focused on local government leadership during the Cariboo wildfires this past summer and the flooding in the southern interior in the spring.
