Five Prince George Cougars are off to NHL camps.

The Prince George Cougars will be missing some key pieces this weekend but for good reason. Josh Anderson, Radovan Bondra, Dennis Cholowski, Kody McDonald and Nikita Popugaev will be departing for NHL Rookie Tournaments and Training Camps today.

All five players will miss the Cougars’ three pre-season games this weekend at the Langley Events Centre. The Cougars face off against Vancouver at 7 p.m. on Friday, Victoria Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. and Everett at noon on Sunday.
