Police are looking for the person or persons responsible for the theft of a horse Wednesday.
The quarter horse gelding was taken from the Prince George Exhibition Grounds sometime Tuesday night.
At approximately 11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were informed that the horse was located by stable staff in the back yard of a residence on Explorer Crescent, 2.5 kilometres from the exhibition grounds. The horse was returned to the grounds unharmed.
Police are continuing this investigation and are requesting the public’s help identifying the person or persons responsible.
