
The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing person who has not been seen since yesterday.
On Thursday July 6, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a missing person, Franklin Douglas Orr, who was last seen on Wednesday July 5 in Prince George.
Frank, as he likes to be called, did not return to his residence. This behaviour is out of character and a concern for loved ones. Investigators are asking the public’s help in locating him.
Franklin Douglas Orr is described as:
- First Nations male
- 165 cm (5’5″)
- 73 kg (160 lbs)
- Brown eyes
- Long black hair (last seen in a ponytail)
- Tattoo of a necklace and cross around his neck
- Tattoo of boxing gloves on his back shoulder
- Wearing: dark pants, dark jacket, light coloured shoes and sunglasses
Orr was carrying a light coloured backpack.
Orr, 46, was last seen near First Avenue and Tabor Boulevard at approximately 9:20 a.m. on July 5.
He does not have a vehicle, but likes to go fishing, particularly at Paddle Wheel Park in Prince George.
