City hosts open house for B.C. Water Week

Did you know that the average daily water consumption in Prince George in 2016, including commercial, residential, civic, and industrial operations, was 655.8 litres per person per day?

In order to mark BC Water Week (May 7-13) residents are invited to an open house hosted by the City of Prince George at one of the city’s drinking water booster stations. City water operations staff will be on hand to provide information about the City’s drinking water treatment activities, pump house operations, and water conservation initiatives.

The open house will be held from 1-5 p.m. Thursday at PW636, 2933 Andres Road.
