The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George will be holding its regular monthly meeting in McBride on Thursday May 18, starting at 1:30 p.m. in the Robson Valley Community Centre.
Typically, the monthly board meetings are held in Prince George, but as part of the regional district’s 50th anniversary celebrations, meetings have been scheduled throughout the region.
The board will be meeting in Valemount in July and in Mackenzie in September.
The meetings are open to the public. Following the meeting on the 18th, the public is invited to stay and meet the directors and learn more about regional district services and its history over the past 50 years.
