Close to 2,000 people took advantage of the first day of advance polling in the two Prince George ridings.
Elections BC is reporting that 820 people voted on Saturday in the Prince George-Mackenzie riding and 1,047 votes in the Prince George-Valemount riding.
Only 442 voted in the Nechako Lakes riding and 850 in Cariboo North.
British Columbians go to the polls May 9.
