The Independent Contractors and Businesses Association, in partnership with the Northern Regional Construction Association, will be hosting an all-candidates forum focused on jobs, the economy, resource development and issues important to the construction sector.
Members of the community are invited to hear the views of candidates seeking election in the Prince George-Valemount and Prince George-Mackenzie ridings.
The forum will be held Tuesday morning in the Skylight Ballroom at the Ramada.
A continental breakfast will be served at 7 a.m. and the forum will get underway at 7:30 a.m.
Candidates will be asked their positions on issues impacting B.C’.s construction sector, including jobs and investment, resource development, major infrastructure projects, and training opportunities for young people.
