Police are seeking help identifying three suspects in a home invasion Tuesday night.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a home invasion/robbery at a residence on Rochester Crescent.
Officers attended and learned that the incident was not immediately reported and the suspects had fled the scene. Three masked suspects forcibly entered the home and produced firearms. There were two occupants in the home at the time of the incident, both adult. One victim was assaulted. The suspects fled the scene in a stolen black Ford Expedition bearing BC licence plates 940 LSR. This vehicle has yet to be located.
The suspects were described as three men, one Caucasian and two First Nations. All three were wearing masks and had firearms.
One victim attended the hospital for treatment of minor injuries and was later released.
Investigators are confident this was a targeted incident and do not believe the public is at risk.
