Two men arrested in connection with Foothills murders

Two men have been arrested in connection with the early morning shooting Wednesday that left two men dead and another injured.

The victims were found in a car just off Foothills Boulevard between North Nechako Road and the Otway Drive overpass at about 2:40 a.m. Wednesday. Police had the area cordoned off for most of the day.

Prince George RCMP have charged Aaron Ryan Moore, 27, with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.  Joshua Steven West, 33,  has also been charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

Prince George RCMP continues to search for additional suspects in relation to this double murder and attempted murder.   

Police are still looking for additional suspects who may be involved.

Additional resources have been brought into the city to assist in community safety, although police assert the community is safe at this time, and in locating any additional suspects.   This investigation is ongoing.
