Coldsnap kicks off on Friday, February 3, with a free outdoor concert at Canada Games Plaza.
Performing will be DJ Shub, Speed Control and Special Opening Ceremonies with Kym Gouchie, the Khast’an Drummers and Traditional Dancer Kelsey Abraham
It all gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
