Otway dumping grounds by admin|Published January 18, 2017 A pile of asphalt shingles dumped about 30 feet off Otway Road … about 300 feet from a public transfer station. Whoever dumped these shingles went to the trouble of backing through foot-deep snow to dump the shingles, which are clearly visible from the road.
