Dawson Creek man faces multitude of charges

Charges have been laid against a Dawson Creek man in connection to a series of thefts this past weekend.

James Alan Webb, 35, has been charged with three counts of possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of failing to stop for police, three counts of resisting arrest or obstructing a peace officer, two counts of assaulting a peace officer with a weapon, four counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, five counts of driving while disqualified, and five counts of failing to comply with a probation order. 

These charges stem from a series of crimes that occurred primarily on Saturday December 7, in Prince George.  

Webb is from Dawson Creek and has been held in custody at least until his next appearance in Provincial Court scheduled for Wednesday January 11
