Police searching for jewelry store thieves

Police for suspect

Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying two suspects and a witness in a theft from a local jewelry store last month.

Just after 5 p.m. on November 19, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a theft from a jewelry store in Pine Centre Mall.

Two suspects stole approximately $11,000 worth of jewelry.

 Suspect one is described as:

  • First Nations male
  • 25 to 30 years old
  • Wearing a blue hoody, black baseball cap and black pants

Suspect two is described as:

  • First Nations male
  •  25 to 30 years old
  • Wearing a black & red jacket and jeans

Police realize the quality of the images is very poor, but are hoping that someone will be able to identify the two suspects.  Even with the poor quality, the two persons together may help to identify suspects.

In addition, police are looking to identify and speak to a witness that was in the store at the time of the theft.

 The witness is described as:

  • Adult male
  • Possibly First Nations
  • Goatee
  • Wearing a grey jacket, grey hat, black shirt and blue jeans
