Charges have now been approved following arrests by the Prince George RCMP’s Street Crew Unit this past Friday.

On December 4, Prince George RCMP Street Crew officers began an investigation into a stolen Dodge pickup truck, which had been taken from a rural property east of Prince George.

The investigation led police to arrest three men without incident at a gas station on Fifth Avenue.

Evidence found during the arrest led police to a residence on Nechako Drive where a woman was arrested without incident. A search warrant was later executed on the home where the police seized approximately 22 ounces of illicit drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin, with an estimated street value of $50,000. Police also located $17,000 cash and an assortment of drug trafficking related evidence. Investigators also recovered a stolen dirt bike, which had been stolen in Prince George in March of this year.
James Henry Mackean, 37, Kurt Werner Steinhauser, 33, and Rhianna Marilyn Skorepa, 25, have been charged with a number of drug and stolen property related offences.
