Police in Alberta have arrested a man wanted for more than 20 years here in Prince George.
Tuesday evening December 6, RCMP in Fairview, Alberta located and arrested Rupert William Burr. Burr was wanted Canada wide for sexual offences that occurred in Prince George in 1993.
Burr will be held in custody and transported back to Prince George where he will make his first appearance in court next week.
