Arctic explorer returns to Prince George for public presentation Feb. 10

One of Canada’s foremost arctic travellers, John Dunn is returning to Prince George to give his acclaimed presentation “Ellesmere Light” which details an innovative summer journey across Canada’s northernmost island.

Dunn is a veteran of over 25 arctic expeditions totalling more than 1,200 days in the field. His images were published in National Geographic and he has lectured for the National Geographic Society. He is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society.

Dunn will be presenting at 7 p.m. on Sunday February 10 at the College of New Caledonia Lecture Theatre 1-306. Tickets are $15 and are available online at johndunn.eventbrite.ca and at the door.
