The Prince George Cougars opened their three-game Central Divison road trip with a 4-1 setback to the Medicine Hat Tigers Friday. Tigers’ defenseman Linus Nassen opened the scoring just 28-seconds into the game and finished with a game-high three-points; he was also the first star. Cougars’ captain Josh Curtis scored his first goal of the season in the third period.
Fast Start(s): The Tigers worked quickly in both the first and second periods. Medicine Hat opened the scoring, on their first shot of the game, just 28-seconds into the first period. Trevor Preziuso made it 2-0 for the Tigers just 1:50 into the second period.
