On Monday and Tuesday (May 7 and May 8), city crews will be completing two major vault tie-ins to a watermain in the Hart neighbourhood as part of a watermain twinning project along Foothills Boulevard and in the Hart. The project is aimed at enhancing the reliability of the city water system and improving water service in the Hart.

During the operation, residents in the Hart may experience dirty-looking water in their household systems. The water is safe to drink. There is also a possibility of low pressure in the Hart area as systems are adjusted during the installation.

The City of Prince George appreciates the patience of residents as work is completed on this important project.
