Prince George court report – December 27, 2017

In Prince George Provincial Court December 27:

David G. Gerow was sentenced to time served, put on probation for 18 months, ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge and ordered to provide a DNA sample for each of two counts of assault and for failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking or recognizance.

Isaac J. Joseph was put on probation for 15 months, ordered to provide a DNA sample, ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon, failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking or recognizance, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Jordan N. Shaw was sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay $200 victim surcharge for theft. Shaw was also sentenced to 45 days in jail, put on probation for one year, and ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge for breaking and entering.
