Brewmaster’s dinner added to Kiwanis AleFest

The excitement of Kiwanis AleFest, the downtown Prince George craft beer festival will be back for yet another year come January 26-27. As the weekend festivities have grown over the last four years, the event organizers were looking once again to add another element to the weekend craft beer experience.

With the spread of craft breweries in northern B.C. and the rest of the province, the Ramada Plaza hotel, Coast Inn of the North hotel and Kiwanis Prince George, are bringing culinary and brewing excellence together in a unique and integrated dining experience. Each of the two Brewmaster’s Dinners feature a delicious, specially prepared four-course dinner paired (and in some cases infused) with a selection of northern B.C.’s finest locally crafted small batch beers. These dinners are a fusion of the culinary expertise of the executive chefs (and their teams) and the brewing expertise of the Head Brewers (and their teams). The ticket price of $73 (plus taxes/fees/gratuity) includes the four-course meal, six beer tastings, engagement with the brewers and chefs, and a souvenir glass to take home.

Dinners will be held Friday, January 26 at the Ramada Plaza hotel and Saturday, January 27 at the Coast Inn of the North hotel, with both dinners happening from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Tickets for the Brewmaster’s Dinners are available in limited quantities, so don’t hesitate and buy your tickets today. Tickets for the dinners make an excellent gift for the craft beer lover in your life – friends, family, co-workers, or even as a treat for yourself!
