Prince George court report November 6-8

 

In Prince George Provincial Court November 6:

Dale C. Christie was given a 60-day conditional sentence, put on probation for one year, is prohibited from owning firearms for two years, and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

Richard D. Horth was fined $250 and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge on each of two counts of theft.

Santana A. Mitchell was sentenced to 11 days in jail and is prohibited from driving for one year and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for a Motor Vehicle Act infraction.

Gordon W. Pagens was sentenced to 27 days in jail, was put on probation for one year, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for theft.

Linda M. Todd was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking. Todd was also given a one year suspended sentence and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

In Prince George Provincial Court November 7:

Bradley R. Foster was sentenced to 22 days in jail, put on probation for one year and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for possession of property obtained by crime and for mischief.

Nicholas S. Ulysses was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge and put on probation for one year for breach of probation. Ulysses was also sentenced to 10 days in jail, put on probation for a year, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge and is prohibited from having a firearm for five years for assault.

Tyler G. Strilkiwsky was given a conditional discharge, put on probation for one year, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for resisting a police officer.

Ryan Vigneux was given a 15-day conditional sentence and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge on each of four counts of theft.

Earl Johnson was put on probation for one year and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence.

In Prince George Provincial Court November 8:

Douglas W. Gibbs was sentenced to 51 days in jail, put on probation for one year, ordered to pay $1,258.73 in restitution, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for mischief.

Warren C. Holmes was sentenced to 24 days in jail, ordered to give a DNA sample, is prohibited from owning a firearm for 10 years, and was ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Taylor G. Hughson was put on probation for two years, ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge, and ordered to provide a DNA sample for breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence.

Matthew N. Izoney was sentenced to 76 days in jail, put on probation for two years, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

Karen K. DeWolfe was fined $750, is prohibited from driving for 90 days, and was ordered to pay a $113 victim surcharge for a Motor Vehicle Act infraction.

Alfons R. Holtz was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking or recognizance.

Leonard J.J. Joseph was sentenced to 19 days in jail, put on probation for six months and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for mischief.
