Miller arrested

Seaver Rye Miller

Police have arrested Seaver Miller, the fourth man wanted in connection to last week’s double-murder on Foothills Boulevard.

Since the arrest warrant was issued for Miller last week, Prince George RCMP have received many tips from the public on his potential whereabouts, both within Prince George and surrounding areas.  RCMP officers from Prince George and surrounding communities have aggressively followed up on each of these tips in a 24/7 pursuit of Miller.

Thanks to one of those tipsters Miller was arrested last night in Prince George without incident.  Miller was aware of his outstanding warrant and was actively evading apprehension, according to police.

Killed in the shooting were Thomas Burt Reed, 51, of Burns Lake, and David Laurin Franks, 46, of Prince George. The RCMP will not be identifying third victim who survived the early morning attack. Shortly after the shooting police arrested Aaron Ryan Moore, 27, and Joshua Steven West, 33, both of Prince George. A third man, Perry Andrew Charlie, 24, was arrested Thursday afternoon after police executed a search warrant in in Caledonia Trailer Park off North Nechako Drive.

All three have been charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
